At Midway Sports, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund subject to the terms outlined below.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items in the original packaging for a full refund. We must receive the returned item(s) in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels still attached. Please note we do not accept returns on certain items as outlined in our Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items section.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending your item(s). This authorization number must be written clearly on the outside of the package containing your return to ensure proper processing. A simple note with your name, order number, reason for return and the issued RMA number will suffice.

Packages shipped to our returns center without an RMA number on the outside of the box may be refused. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit so we strongly recommend sending your package with a traceable shipping service for your protection.

We must receive your return within 30 days from the date the original order was delivered for a full refund on the purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error. Any returns received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we have received and inspected the complete return, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any discounts applied at checkout will be deducted from refunds.

Defective or damaged items should be reported to our Customer Experience team within 3 days of delivery. We will happily facilitate a replacement, exchange or refund for any merchandise found to have manufacturing defects provided this is communicated promptly and merchandise is returned new with tags.


If your item is still new with tags and you need a different size, color or product variation, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance with an exchange. We are happy to send a replacement item as soon as we receive the unwanted merchandise back from you provided it meets all return qualifications.

Any item approved for exchange must be received back in new condition with all original packaging and accessories within 30 days of the delivery date. A traceable return shipping service is strongly recommended for your protection. Replacement orders will incur a new charge and be shipped separately from any refund due for the return.

Please note, if the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you will be charged the difference. If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will not be refunded. Any discounts applied at checkout will be deducted from replacement item cost as they reflect one-time savings off original pricing.

Refund Methods

We will process approved refunds within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt of the complete return. Refunds are issued according to the original payment method:

For returns paid with a gift card, store credit or multiple payment methods, the system will automatically calculate appropriate refund allocation across tender types.

Restocking Fees

In some cases, a 15% restocking fee may apply to each returned item. Typically this fee is charged if merchandise is returned for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or our error. We reserve the right to apply restocking fees at our sole discretion based on specific circumstances.

Receipt of Damaged or Defective Items

Very rarely, merchandise may arrive from our warehouse already damaged or defective. If you discover any manufacturing defects, shipping damage or errors with your order, please notify our Customer Experience team within 3 calendar days of delivery.

We require prompt inspection and communication to determine root cause analysis for appropriate resolution. Photos are extremely helpful for assessing damage reports when possible. Our team will make every reasonable effort to correct mistakes in fulfillment, packaging or item flaws through immediate replacement or full refund.

In the event of shipping damage, consider retaining all original packaging materials for inspection requirements of the transportation carrier. Damage reported more than 3 days after receipt forfeits eligibility for adjustments.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all return shipping costs for any exchange, refund or wrong item shipped. We are unable to issue refunds for initial shipping fees unless the return is specifically due to a fulfillment error on our part.

As the buyer, your trust in our company and products is important to us. That is why Midway Sports offers free returns with our online orders for added buying confidence. This complimentary return label compensates you for return shipping expenses on your first exchange should sizing, preference or satisfaction be less than expected.

For replacement orders, return shipping will be paid for by Midway Sports and a free return label sent to you. Reimbursement of return shipping fees outside of our standard policy is handled on a case-by-case basis dependent on specific circumstances.

Purchase Price Match Guarantee

If you find a current lower price from us or a competitor advertiser on an identical, in-stock item, please contact our Customer Experience team within 14 days of your original Midway Sports purchase date.

We are happy to retroactively refund 110% of the price difference via your original payment method provided supporting documentation can be supplied. Both Midway Sports and competitor promotions must have been available to the general public during the same time frame and merchant reliability may factor into approval.

Price matching is typically restricted to goods of the same make and model number, color, size and quantity. Please contact us with price match requests or questions.
